Pick 3 Breeds of Chickens

I think that's the size they're supposed to be
At least here in the U.S.

I'm not sure, I have a U.S. Silkie and she's just classed as bantam in the U.K. So she's shown in the bantam classes.

I'm unsure on weights but Large Fowl Silkies here are around the same size as light Sussex chickens, Bantams are a little bit bigger than Pekins and Miniature/Micro are about half the size of a Pekin. They could literally fit in the palm of your hand.

Edit: Pekin as in the bantam chicken breed, not the duck breed.

I know there are very few here on this side or the pond. Not sure why breeders don't go full bore on breeding those. All I see available in Silkies here, are the smaller Bantams
I wish they had large fowl here too. Or a meatier fibro bird than the Cemani. I’d like the carcasses to be more profitable, so I could try their meat.

Can I ask what we're picking for though?...:idunno
I just find this fascinating. :celebrate Its been so interesting to see such a wide variety of favorites and to see some repeats too! And it's fun, and positive, and we could all use more positively in our lives! :love
