Picked on Brahma chick

Haha! I didn't think of that! I told all the others that they better hope the Brahma doesn't hold a grudge, because she will end up being bigger than all of them ;)

Today I was sitting with the chick, and she would groom herself and when she got to her tail area she would make sounds like it hurt, but keep going.

Now, I am not so sure she is being picked on. She has been in "isolation" in a mesh doggie play pen inside the coop. I let her out with the other chicks when I can sit in the run and supervise. She pretty much sits in my lap, doesnt interact with the other chicks, and "grooms" the little bald spot. When she gets to the red part she cries (what I assume is a chicken cry). All the chicks are eating Manna Pro Medicated Starter with 18%protein. Since she will be a larger breed, should I supplement her protein? She didn't have this problem when she was in the brooder in the house. This picture is from this afternoon. The bald spot has not grown or changed (or healed).
