Hi, Hope someone can help. I have a copper maran that crouches down when approach like they all do for mating when they are layers . This has turned into her getting all her head feathers ripped out by the other hens when she crouches down 2-3 other hens jump on her and peck her. It’s getting worse girls that have never bothered her before are now starting to do it as well I have tried pick no more on her bald head that didn’t work way to runny. Yesterday I tried putting petroleum jelly I will try that for a few more days to see if that helps. I need something thick that will stay on to deter the other girls any suggestions?
