Even the hatching egg sales are excellent here. Pheasants are hard to get I have seen a dozen fertile eggs go for $45-$80.Your up North in Alberta..You might do great with meat and feather sales..

They are definitely quite pretty. I think now it's more availability- if I can't get pheasants, then I'll have to get quail. Pheasants would be in very high demand here especially as we're in hunter country...
