Picking out birds today; advice for picking pullets?

I'm heading out to pick out some 10 week old birds today (hopefully).
They were sexed female by the hatchery as chicks, but I know mistakes can be made.

There are a few breeds available:

• Buckeye
• Welsummer
• Delaware
• Golden-Laced Wyandotte
• Easter-Egger (the only breed I'm familiar with)

Any advice on what to look for to try and ensure I get three for-sure-pullets? I'm not familiar with the comb development on most of those breeds. I assume the less color the better? Is there an exception to that rule? Also, any advice or experience on the benefits of one breed over another?

Just avoid any with large red combs

Also any with rust/red over the wings.

I went to get three and of course I ended up with four.
Fingers crossed I picked well and everything goes as planned . (Not that it ever does with chickens. )
