When your hens squat for you, it's not a "hey sexy" maneuver. It's a sign of submission to you, their flock-tender & care-provider. Reach down, give 'em a good, hearty backrub, and they'll be satisfied. No need for embarassment: it's simply biological and isn't a come-on.
