Well today was uneventful, I am working on teaching the chicks not to be scared of being handled. Pickles was not too grumpy today so that's progress! Darkwing and the ducklings are very happy together and they follow each other around the yard. I think Darkwing has adopted the ducklings as her babies.

Well Pickles and Darkwing are very good parents to the ducklings! They all loved being in the yard! Pickle is extremely patient with the ducklings probably because he knows Darkwing loves them. Chicken grabbed Pickles wattle and started shaking her head and pulling on it. He just stood there!

Oh, and the ducklings are finally winning over Nugget! They love her but she doesn't like babies very much. Well today she cuddled with the ducklings!

Ugh. The ducklings are growing up so fast! I'm seeing some interesting feathers on Chunky. I will try to get some pictures, it looks like barring on the feathers?

Well. All if going well! Fuzz balls are growing fast and ducklings are getting more independent by the second! Pickles love his little adopted family!
