Pickled Egg Recipe

this makes a quart of pickled quail eggs
1 cup vinager
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. canning salt
1tbl. sugar
1 onion sliced thin
1tbs whole pepper corns
1 tsp minced onion(dry)
1/2 tsp garlic powder

boil and peel eggs
mix all ingredients in sauce pan
bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 5 min.pour on top of eggs put lid on jar
let cool and refrigerate they will be pickled in a couple of days
