pickled Eggs

Yes I use beets as well. I just buy 2-3 cans or bottles of pickled beets at the store and then heat them to just below boiling and add the hard boiled peeled eggs. Put into covered glass jars with or without the beets, I love them both. Let them sit in the fridge for 3 days or longer for the flavor to meld. These keep for 2-3 weeks and longer. They are not shelf safe! They must be kept in the fridge. Good luck.
