OK, this thread was moved from the "Quail" board, and that's fine. I also had the same thread title on this board, which is where I guess it belongs. Sorry for the duplication. Please delete the other thread. And just curious..........why aren't other threads regarding pickled quail egg recipes on the Quail board moved here as well?
When I made them I soaked the boiled eggs in viniger overnight. Then in the morning, you just pop the membrane off. The viniger dissolves the shell. Its so much easier than peeling.
Little ralphieroosmama, thank you for posting that recipie!! I will love to try that out. We have onl pickled eggs at home by eating all the pickles out of the jar and then putting boiled eggs in there and keeping them in the refridgerator. pickled eggs =
