Pickled Quail Egg Question?

Dang, is there a "Member Watch List" with names of chosen ones who mistakenly start threads on the wrong board? I was just lookin' for some help, and sure don't mind giving it if I can........

Yay! I did it. I added four bantie eggs though to help take up space. And I had a lot of leftover veggie matter and brine, I guess I could have even pickled more eggs. I had about 50 quail eggs when I started, I ate one lol. I forgot to immerse the quail eggs in the boiling water I put them in cold and brought it to boil..So a few were hard to peel. But the brine is so red and spicy you cant tell I have a few nicked eggs. Smelled heavenly, I can't wait the 5 weeks to try them!

Seriously I have no idea why... you don't know how badly I want to post this pic on the quail board. But afreard that i'll get smacked again by a mod...
