Picklers I Need Your Help

Today I made 12 quarts of refrigerator cucumber pickles and canned 6 quarts of Jardinere (cauliflower, carrots, pickling onions, celery & zuchinni).

However, it both cases, I was left with a fair amount of pickling syrup. It seems like such a shame to throw it out since it tastes so good!

What do you all do with your leftover syrup???

If I have any left over I usually freeze it or make fridge pickles out of carrots. Just cut the carrots into 'sticks' place in jar, fill with juice/syrup, cap it and let it sit in the fridge for a week before eating. Depending on the type pickle syrup (spicy preferably) sometimes I'll add curry powder and do the same with cauliflower.

They usually don't last longer than a week after that, hubby devours them....
