Thanks....I felt like I had to share the photo with people that relate to understand chickens. I love it. I would love for him to produce another just like him but don't know what it would take..Do you? He has a black and very small brown hen with him.

What breed is your roo? I thought he was Cochin because the first pic, he was sitting and so round, and I couldn't see his feet. So I thought he was Cochin. But in the 2nd pic, his tail feathers are too pointy and wrong type for Cochin, so I think he isn't Cochin anymore.

But he is so beautiful, would like to know what breed he is. How wonderful if you could reproduce such an awesome beauty and with that good temperament? Wow, double whammy.

I was hoping someone else knew his breed as he was given to my grandson for Easter as a baby from tractor supply store. All I know is Bantam of some breed. He is a joy to have around and I thought he was being smart to use Junior for body heat, but he really seems to enjoy it.
