I just cleaned them again, less than 24 hours later. I kid you not, less than 20 minutes later, the litter pan underneath them was already covered in poop......

I forgot to add in earlier: I have one Roo and 5 hens. Perfect mix! He's probably the happiest man on earth!

a friend's 6 y/o daughter would say " P U ! get out the clothes pins!" hahahaha
they are poopin' little fuzzButts aren't they . it's the ammonia in it that causes all the problems or so i'm told

Yep, it;s the ammonia that causes the health issues. It's a soft tissue irritant.

I used to work in a pet store in my younger years, twice a day we would clean the bird cages.
