*PICS post 11* Single Hen- add 1or2 new friends?

Back to my original topic- I took your advice and added 2 new flock mates for my Henny Penny.

At first I introduced them in a carrier with a door safely between them. Henny barely took any notice of them, but the new bantam pullets were pretty interested in her:

Henny is very tame and stays in the yard so I let her free range while I introduced the new girls to the coop:

The black one is Scramble and the Buff one is Lady Peckington

They are barnyard mix bantams just over 4 months in age and seem to be easter egger mixes by their cute little beards and cheek tufts. also, their momma lays mint green eggs

The first 2 days were rough, a lot of screaming and challenging and Henny ripped out more than a few feathers..... but on day 3 I noticed them all scratching the dirt together and even sleeping huddled in the nest boxes together. FRIENDS AT LAST!!!!
