What a great find on craigslist. I have been looking at listings at http://www.landsofamerica.com
It has been 7 years since we bought our place,and I am amazed at the amount of land plus a home we can get for under 100k...even in Ohio.

we are leasing with a purchase option, we will be buying it, but for business reasons it's better that we lease for at least the next year... that's the place we're moving to.

and the place we're in now is leased.
