This bird stole my heart - He is a Legbar Orpington - He won at our two big Shows, the National and the Federation . As you can see, he has barring on his wings and slightly on his hackles Sandy

I think that is the most beautiful rooster I've ever seen.

[IMG] Yes He loved his baths for the shows and he is such a kind gentle guy. I got him from a dear friend of mine, when he was 4 months old. He is not shown now as he is too heavy for me to carry and I would not want to stress him out either. Sandy

Hi, no he does not have a name, I stopped naming my birds for the simple reason that I have too many and when I named the odd favourite they just seemed to die on me and made me so sad, he is two years old and yes he does a lovely crow - it can get a bit noisey in the spring with all my boys crowing, but you get used to it. I just call him by his breed colour as I do with the other birds - i.e. Mr legbar, Mr Cuckoo, Mr. Buff or of course Mrs. Jubilee and so on, or boy or girl Sandy
