Delilah is a mixed breed bantam pullet who hatched chicks high up in a tree (which then needed to be rescued).

My Hattie starts out lavender after her molt and then as the feathers get dirty through the year they turn to grey. I took this during her molt right now to show the difference. Do you see the same thing with yours?

I just love her coloring and disposition.

Yeah my lavender araucana Pingu does the same! Also my cuckoo Polish Daphne, her grey and white feathers gradually go brown and white, then when moulting they come back grey and white again. So in between she's all patchy!
By the way she had a lot of her head feathers plucked out my a nasty roo. But I think she's so ugly she's beautiful
