Do you have a brahma rooster? I have some brahmas but can tell if they are roosters or not. I would love to see yours to compare if that is okay!

This is a photo of Marion, my in-town rooster, who was a Light Brahma.

He was a late developer who didn't reveal himself as a rooster until after I'd processed "The Red Boys" (aka, my packing peanuts).

How old in that picture? I'm not sure. Over a year, probably. He's long gone.

I harvested the Red Boys at about 4 months, once they were crowing and had gotten annoying. Marion revealed that he wasn't actually Rosemary a couple weeks later.

I bought him as a cockerel when he was 6 months old but I can usually tell apart cockerels from pullets when they are 8-10 weeks old
