That's my guess, she lets me pet her still, but I've always "messed" with them on nests and out in run, like I would our dogs as pups with food and water, to get them used to me saying pullout eggs or checking other things. My black mature largefowl males are all 6.5-7 pounds, the hens are 5-6 pounds. after 12 years of selecting for size and conformation that's where mine are at.Beautiful. I didn't know Cubalay came in bantam form. Given how small they are as a full sized breed, the bantams must be TINY.
