Well the hens managed to keep that one well hidden from me! Chucked them all as they were ancient

The pics are always breath taking. I wish you could publish them in a magazine they are so good.

Pearl didn't know she was going to such a great home that day you caught her. She probably thought she was going to be someones dinner. What a great transformation she has made. She is gorgeous.

The turkeys are so cute. I've always heard they are great pets and really tame. They have come to the right home now to live their lives as happy turkeys well fed and lots of love.

Thank you so much for the sharing the pics with us. I wish you could have your own place where you could have all the birds you want and not have to travel to them to feed and care for them.

Chicken bliss!

So your turkeys are bred for the giant breasts and could eat until they could barely move like a turkey version of the Cornish chicken? Your heavy turkeys couldn't fly away even if the wanted to. But the wild turkeys who live around here can fly and roost in trees : )

Aww thank you! . I love Pearl. As soon as I spotted her I knew she had to come with me. Yeah they are really really tame, I love them. Thanks! I hope for that one day in the future!

Yeah, they're bred for meat sadly! I just hope they can live and long, happy life as I would be mortified if they go off their legs. Would deffo never have them again if they did, I couldn't put myself through it. So they get an all they can eat breakfast and then if they want anything else they have to go out and find it! Wow thats so cool!

Great pic of you and the turkey. You have them tame and spoiled already.

Is the avian flu close to you? I think it's England that everyone has to keep their birds locked up or under bird netting. That is so horrible I hope they get to let their birds out soon.
