Picture thread of my hens!

Oh my gosh, cuteness overload! Are they adult ducks or young ducks that you plan to get? Maybe you could get some advice on the duck section of the forum. When I had ducks, I hand raised them in a group, so I don't have experience with the lone foster duck situation.

Would be adults. But, two of my hens have gone broody today. One being Coco, who had her duckling baby robbed by rats. So I might get her some eggs and then it will know them ones

Coco is one year old today! She's already had quite a dramatic life in just a year! When she was only a few weeks old she was caught in a rat trap by her neck for god knows how long and I really don't know how she lived. She then went on to escape a stoat attack whilst her mother got caught (and lived), she and Oeflay then got chased by something and I went looking for her and found her hiding in another field and then her and her mother say together and hatched out some little pheasant and ducklings to have them robbed by rats! She's one of my favouraites as she used to get bullied because she was the bottom hen, but she is now starting to be accepted more into the flock which is so nice to see

The little duckling is sooo cute, I love it! It's so tame, jumps right onto my hand when I reach out and will sit with me got ages. I'm quite glad Bella's it's mam because she's that thick she doesn't even realize it's gone so she doesn't stress out!

I love the way it sits on Bella's back. duck bills and duck feet are adorable.

Have had Jenny and Penny primary hens a year today! It's flown by!

Love all the pics. Oeflay looks so small with Henry's tail towering over her (or is that Rodger?) I love seeing Chickens sun bathe.
