No not all rescues, some are rescues in a way though. I have 3 ex battery hens, 1 girl that I found on the side of the road, 1 girl who was going to be slaughtered as she wasn't good enough for show, a cockerel I found dumped in the woods, 2 neglected primary school hens and then the rest I just have or have let the hens hatch!Thank you for sharing these pics. They are "Hentastic chicken blocks". I only keep the grass because they free range 24/7Great pics and what is in that round thing they are eatting? I don't know how you keep all of your grass. My chickens and ducks are destroying all my grass. We keep planting grass seed but they eat it before it starts growing.
