It is no different that what I do with my extra orp cockerals. They fry up nice!

I have gotten the fry pan special once. Something like $13 for 25 chicks. Not bad when they can be processed at 10 - 12 weeks.

Well, to dive even further in, a "Cornish Game Hen" is just a Cornish Cross which you process at a lighter weight. They even charged more per bird for the Cornish Game Hens last time I checked. They are the identical beast to the jumbo Cornish Cross.

"Left overs" might have also meant pullets, which will grow a bit slower than cockerels. If they were closer to 3 weeks (say something like 24 days old) when you got them, then they would only be about 6 weeks old now, and that's near a "normal" weight for pullet cornish-crosses at 6 weeks. Just plan on growing them out another couple weeks.

Are any of them starting to get combs and wattles? With cornish crosses, this normally starts happening by 5-6 weeks on the males.

I put them back on starter grower. Here are some pictures i took yesterday. I am sure they are Cornish X's. Pardon the dirty birds we just had 3 1/2 inches rain. Thanks
