The leghorn with the funny comb is a rose comb white Leghorn. There are single comb and rose comb Leghorns.
Rose comb Leghorns aren't as common and do look rather odd to the ones that's only used to seeing the single comb varieties.
Yes the one rooster is a silver Leghorn and the hen is a silver Leghorn. The pattern is silver duckwing and there's quite a few breeds that come in that pattern including Dorkings.
Idk where each breed got the pattern but the red jungle fowl that domestic poultry came from were gold duckwing. The only difference is the silver duckwing has the silver gene instead of the gold gene so it's so close to the original pattern that it's quite common.
 
Here is my SG Dorking cockerel. They tend to be super "squatty" but can still jump quite well. Both he and the pullet are super bossy! :rolleyes:
His hackles look like he was in an 80's hair band. LOL
