What chicken laid the 2nd to last egg?

When did your Welsummers start laying? I have a 5.5 month old with a very small comb still ... I asked the lady at the feed store and, besides blaming the amount of daylight, she thought my pullet might not yet be laying since she's the bottom in pecking order. I have an EE and Delaware that are the same age, and I've been getting eggs from them. Same food, coop/run, etc. Anyone ever heard of pecking order influencing laying before?

My welsummer started anywhere between 5-7 months.
