Mine is made out of an old refrigerator box car for a tractor trailer....the pen is fully enclosed now

My boyfriend even fixed the lights

It houses 11 hens and one roo very comfortable.. we could easily add another dozen

Here is mine...open air style for the hot humid summer days in Texas

My daughter recently painted the roof, she was home on leave after returning from her 12 month deployment in Afghanistan.
It was a great project for her to 'unwind' from the deployment.
