EE's Rule!

Those are great Horsefeathers! I can't wait to find out what color mine are going to turn out to be.... I like the Bluish-grey hue that Fatima has.

Wow, Fatima had such a big muff as a day old--so neat! And Lilith was so dark! They both grew up to be so stunning, too. Those chestnut eyes, and hawklike expressions--wow!

4hooves, it's so interesting to see how Georgie grew up--thanks for the progression! In the first 3 I would've thought she'd grow up to be a normal reddish/blackish EE, but then she just kept getting lighter! Striking!

And Bec, it's interesting to me that Dotty was a light chick and turned darker (what a pretty chick she was with that whitish face and dark eyeliner!), and Lilly was your darker chick, and grew up to be the lighter of your two girls. I think you can really see the blue in Lilly, too, even as a chick.

I have three in the brooder right now that I am still guessing what they will look like:

I also have one hen (Luna), she was an absolutely adorable chick and has turned into a pretty, but mean, hen:

Dying to see what color these girls will be when they grow up. They're 3 weeks, 2 days old. I am thrilled with the color variety I got in this order. 4 EE's, 4 different colors...

Here's a light brown and a dark brown:

Here's the light brown one from the front. I've had two babies that looked like her in the beginning, and they don't look alike as adults:

Here's the dark brown one from the front/side:

Here's the white one:

And this one is mostly buff, fading to white in places:

Hey jossanne--I can't wait to see what yours turn out like, too--please post updates! I think mine looks a lot like your light brown one, so it will be interesting to see if they turn out similar. It looks like you have a nice variety!

Here are my 2 EE's - Clara (the blonde) and Dorothea (the brunette)

As 3 day olds:
