Pie crust needed for quiche

My husband also suggests cooking the veggies in a little olive oil first, then letting them cool while you wait for the pie dough to firm up.

Great minds think alike. I deep fried the potatoes and sausage first.

Give hubby a hi 5 from me please.

I just said on another thread that I would spread the gospel of Tastespotting wherever I could, and then I saw the title to this thread. Go to Tastespotting.com and search for whatever you want at the top. Trust me, you'll find something awesome!

Also, Crisco is just a tub of trans fat. Let's wise up and never use that stuff again!

Have I mentioned how much I love you folks? Really. After reading the
last few responses I'm grinning from ear to ear.

The cookie sheet has all the extra dough. I'm gonna save it for tomorrow
and me and Drumstick will make some pizzas or something. He is at
Grandma and Grandpa's tonight. I'm all alone with the dogs.
