The NPA also has a 4-H youth packet you can order. If you can find it on line let me know and i will get one to you. The have a big youth push going on right now. The are very slow sending out the information(took us over a year to get ours) but if you get in touch with a motivated member im sure you will end up with a great resource and support person.
