well in my chicken/pigeon coop i have
1 female feral
1 homing female
2 male rolling
1 female rolling
these are the adults by the way
squabs:
parents: rollers, 1 roller pigeon, 2 eggs
parents: home + roller, 2 roll-home pigeons, 1 egg
and my feral is alone.i know i made a mistake with mixing roller and homer!!!!
and my question was that how can i brake the homer-rolling pair apart!!!! its ruining my flock but i dont want to get rid of my female homer. my thing was is that how about making the coop larger and dividing it in half one for the pigeons and one for the chickens. why???? because my pigeons are overfed!!! and when dividing the coop on one side i whant to put all the pure rollers, and my feral pigeon. and on the chicken side i want to put the homing and home-roll pigeons so they whont mixx breed anymore!! is this a good idea??? and since the father of the home-roll pigeons is a roller would the dividing help seperte them and let the father breed with thr roller and on the other side leave the home-roll squabs with the mother homing pigeon???? oh and also about the feral pigeon im not 100% sure its a female but if its a male can i breed it with the homing pigeon??? because they are almost close of the same genetics!!! BTW: the feral pigeon came in sid my coop randomly and has never left the coop ever since
