Pigeon chicken

    I have a chicken that looks like a pigeon. It crows and lays eggs. WHAT is it?

    That could be an Old English Game Hen. Looks to be Birchen in color. A bantam.

    I agree, I had a Old English Hen that looked just like that - plus two of our Old English Hens crow everyday! I don't know if it's the breed or what, but they are very high strung hens.

    It's a pretty Silver Duckwing Old English Bantam hen. They tend to not be overly friendly to humans, but make excellent mothers.

    I was wondering the same thing.. i got this chicken in a box with my amerucanas and it was supposed to be an amerucana but it doesnt appear to be all furry feather legged like the bantums and its sooooooooooooo tiny but she talks and squaks non stop.. she is odd....

    you should see how GORGEOUS the roosters of this breed is OMG BEAUTIFUL....
