Pigeon feed

How much gram should i feed my pigeons per day. i want to loft fly them or from a small distance about 1 mile. i have turkish tumblers

When flying rollers I fed as much as they would eat in 15 minutes - twice a day - immediately after flying them. Breeding birds should be fed far more - almost ad lib.
