Pigeon house ?

Ok I am new to this Pigeon thing, We have 2 white king pigeons still not sure if they are both male or one is female but whatever.
So Bonnie and Clyde is what we ha we have named them. They well be outside but where we live it gets very cold in the winter. I need some ideas on a pigeon house or where to keep them so they keep alive. and how am I to keep their water from freezing?

You need a draft free well ventilated loft. I recommend most of your ventilation to be south facing, so it doesn't get the cold drafts. For kings, is would recommend 6+ sq. Ft. Per bird, keeping in mind any more you plan to keep. Will this be a walk in loft? or more like a rabbit hutch? I would recommend solid wood floors.

As far as the water, you can buy electric heaters to keep it from freezing, but, I recommend roughing it out and going out to change it 4+ times a day. I change mine 6+ times a day during winter.
