Pigeon Roost Layout?

I'm interested in starting a pigeon roost but a huge question I have is how to lay out and design the inside of the roost? I don't know if pigeons have huge preferences as to where the nest boxes are located and the sleeping areas, etc, but I was wondering if anyone on BYC has a good layout or design! If you have any pictures that would be awesome!

There are as many cages and pigeon lofts as their are fanciers. Anything from a simple box to lofts worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. One tip I would pass along if building a loft do not make it any higher than you can comfortably reach (able to touch the roof at it's highest point).
