pigeon setting on duck egg?

Have you heard of a pigeon setting on a duck egg? I have a very broody homer pigeon pair, and decidedly-not-very-broody pekin ducks. Could I put a pekin egg under the pigeon? I don't know if a duck egg would even fit under a pigeon, but I could try!

not going to work... the pigeon will give up way before the duck eggs hatch... you'll be ok with bantam eggs under pigeons.
