wow that is an impressive runt. I only have kings, which are around 750 grams at adult size but are best to eat at around 400g or just under a month old as they have very tender meat. Any older and their breast muscles harder for flight purposes. Older birds are only good for slow cooked stews and soups. Pigeons have been domesticated for thousands of years. They are a great source of delicious meat.
