Hi guys. my second post here. i have 4 turkish tumbler pigeons (3 males 1 female and the female has eggs) and to get straight to the chase is that they wont fly laps.
they wont loft fly at all. they mostly just get scared and fly to the roof where they stay all day.
i have tried throwing them in the air and they either land on the roof or just instantly come back to land i tried to release 1 about 100 meters from my house and he didnt come back. i was looking around the neighborhood looking for him. the night of day 2 i found him standing next to someone's windows with no energy at all and now im scared to let them fly as they wont come back. any tips or tricks to make them fly laps?

thanks in advance

Did you get your birds from someone who lets their own birds out to fly? A lot of people just breed and sell pigeons without ever testing anything (it really can kill performance fast). And also keep in mind that Turkish tumblers don't really fly laps like normal pigeons do. I'm not too versed in them as I have never kept them, but I'm sure you could find something about them on youtube. Here's one I found just on a quick search...
Good luck, I'm sure you'll get something figured out!!
