odd.. i dont have poop problems with mess, smell, or even a lot, and as good about it as my chickens were, and kept both as house pets. only reason for poo problem at all ive seen, is feed issues and health problems. at least one to three had or have worms and noticed no trouble with it, and theyre all around a lot hardier, than chickens, other dove species and cage/songbirds. mine love to eat tiny bugs and greens though too, so they pull their weight around, and i use the poo for fertilizer for my garden that they clean of bugs and weeds, the eggs you dont want them to hatch are delicous, you can use their feathers for fishing lures, and other crafts, and if the zombie apocolipse starts, they can go fly safely back and fourth to bring in food and water in crops, as well as emergency self propetuating meat source.. lol
