I've successfully raised several rejected piglets on either goat's milk or whole milk from the store (homogenized milk is tolerated a lot better than milk fresh from a cow - that is why people to this day say not to feed milk)
Take 1 cup (8 oz) milk, stir in an egg yolk and a teaspoon of honey and give her as much as she wants every couple of hours.
You can mix a spoonful of plain yogurt in that for the diarrhea, and give her a bit of Pepto.
Once she's a week old, you can make that formula 12 oz of milk, 1 egg yolk and a spoonful of honey and start spreading it out so you have 4 hours 2x a night, then 6 and 4 and by the end of 2 weeks you should both be sleeping 7-8 hours through the night, but she'll still need to be fed every couple of hours during the day.
By the time she's a month, you can start her on a wet mash and she'll be weaned by 6 weeks.
