Pill shaped double

I made deviled eggs for Christmas and when I cut them open I found this. This is from one of my pullets hatched in May. They’re all mixes and I’m pretty sure all 5 of them lay a cream colored egg, even though one of them is obviously an EE she has fluffy cheeks.

I have no roo so not happening here. If she continues to lay these from time to time maybe I'll give her to someone with a roo so they can give it a shot.

That's pretty cool...is the shell good and hard?
Definitely 'capsule' shaped.
Hopefully she grows out of it.
Wonders if shape has to do with maybe less albumen and/or not getting 'plumped' up as much? I think the 'plumping' is described in this video.

So...I'll bite. What's a fart egg?
Fairy, fart, wind, rooster eggs are usually from a tiny piece of tissue breaking loose from the reproductive tract, or an immature ova(yolk) and the body forms an egg around it. Color can be darker than 'normal' as the pigment coating released has to cover a much smaller area so is thicker. Can happen with any age layer, but more common with new or older layers.

I've actually had one girl that had perfect TINY yolks (pencil eraser or smaller) in her fairy eggs.
