Pimple Like Bump On Beak

Hello I'm new to raising ducks. I currently have two right now. My little one recently got this red bump on its beak and i've applied diluted betadine to clean the area and neosporin for healing. They have their own duck house and a separate run. At night they are inside the duck house with pine shaving, it's completely clean and dry. Not sure how the red bump got there, might be from pecking each other.

Are there anything I should be concerned about or any other ways I could help heal his beak? Or if you guys have any clue what this is.

How does the bump look now? Personally I would just keep an eye on it. Keep doing what you're doing and just watch and see how it looks.
Also, did this suddenly appear or has it been growing?
