Pimple looking spot

I was moving chicks to a bigger brooder and noticed a pimple looking thing on ones head. She is about 2 weeks old.

That looks like it might be an irritated feather follicle. Just keep an eye on it. If it grows larger and gets red, you might need to nick it with a sharp blade to release the ingrown feather.
