hi guys, here again with another question. is this what pin feathers look like? they’re very stiff to the touch but it looks really awkward and i just need to be sure! they all have this on their feathers just in different spots

thank you! about the question with the egg shells, should i just crush them up or what? what does it do?:hmm


Oh yes, I believe most people will lay them down on an oven sheet and set them in the oven to dry, once they are dry crumble them with your hands and they are ready to go, feeding them whole eggs shells can entice them to eat their own eggs that's why it's important to crush them up, Of course, you can always buy a 50lb bag of oyster shells for 7$, it will last a lifetime too.

could i maybe begin giving them egg shells now at their age?
