Pink center yolk in hard boiled eggs. Fertilized, bacterial infection? Help! (pictures)

Can anyone tell me if these are just fertilized eggs, or is it's a bacterial infection, or otherwise? So far I've heard both equally. We just moved us and our hens to a property with a rooster, and recently hard boiled some eggs and most of them look like this when cut open. The ones in the photo still in the whites are from this morning, the one pictured as just the yolk are older. When I broke some open raw I couldn't tell any difference.

Looks like chicken embryos.
 
yes they do look like embryos! how often do you collect eggs? were do you store them?
