What breed is this?

They are both 1/2 L. Brahma, 1/4 RIR and 1/4 EE.

Thanks, I have 2 light brahma mutts, no idea what they might be crossed with...their eggs are kind of pinkish.

Pink Egg Project crisis. My super pink egg laying Light Brahma has been sick for the past three days. I thought she would pass by the end of today but she is still hanging on. Unknown to me what could be going on with her. She was acting fine until a few days ago when she never got off the roost. She has been inside for the past two days drinking a lot but not eating much. She molts slowly but was molting pretty heavy the day she wouldn't come off the roost. I thought she might be feeling bad from the heavy molting but has been getting worse since. There was quite a drop in temp. lately but she is Brahma and that shouldn't be affecting her.
I know I haven't given much to go on but any ideas what could be going on?

I'm glad she's on the mend and I hope the new hatch yields lots of pink-eggers.

How awesome would it be to create your own stable, special line of chickens?!?

Out of curiosity, what breeding plan do you intend to use? (I only ask because selected chicken breeding fascinates me and I may give it a go sometime if I ever find traits I like enough.) Do you plan to line breed this hen? Are there good odds of finding additional Lt Brahmas that also lay pink eggs? This whole idea is just so cool.
