My 1 1/2 year old gold laced Wyandot chicken eyes are stuck in the pinning position they have been like this the past month. They are correct color and still round what could cause this? She’s also in heavy molt.

Pinning eyes. They stay this way.

All of my chickens are vaccinated for marek’s is it still possible that she could have gotten it? How could that have happened?

There are many strains of Marek's. Not all are covered by the vaccine.

But this may not be Marek's. It could be something causing a vision disorder. Try giving her vitamin A, found where they sell human vitamins, each day for several weeks. Vitamin A deficiency can cause issues like this.

Ok thank you I will go get some vitamin A

It also looks like the ocular (eye form) of Mareks to me. Have you added any new birds to the flock recently? The Mareks vaccine takes 2 weeks to be effective and they can still be exposed to the virus. Have you seen the pinpoint pupils in any other chickens? This article about Mareks has a similar picture of an eye, and you may want to read the article:

Is there a certain mg I should get in the vitamin A?
