Pip!!!!!!!!

So I ended up with 4. Out of the 10 left, 2 hatched, 2 were dead before pipping, 1 was dead around day 13, the rest were unfertilized.
The last one hatched on day 25 and was really weak. It couldn't walk for a few days and just slept and dropped the head constantly and panted hard. It took a long time to hatch, I thought I had to help but it hatched before I got ready, same as the other one I thought needed help for pipping on the wrong end. I had to feed it and gave it water on day 3, and finally it started to perk up and peck at the food on day 4. One of the feet was curled and I made a shoe to correct it. It is almost perfect, not 100% but 95% is good enough, it can walk and run. Respiratory rate is still pretty high, more than the other ones' but she is doing well with the older larger chicks. She tries to fly and run around with the other ones but she gets tired quickly.

Now they are 6 days old, and the others are a few days older than 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks old.
I really had development all over the place. I'm glad it is over. Now they are waiting for the good weather so they can go outside with the rest of the hens in the coop.

And did you all know that chickens play too? It's is mamazing to watch. (slip of the tongue but I left it how I spelled it LOL)
