Piping too soon

I am on Day 24. This morning around 9:30 am EST I was about to turn the eggs in the incubator when I noticed one had a crack. There are 5 eggs in total in the incubator.
The piping has begun already for this duckling. And I'm hearing cheeping every once in a while.
I am worried that it is too soon. Correct me if I'm wrong, but after piping begins, they have 24 hours before they run out of oxygen?
My question is, at 9:30 am tomorrow, if it hasn't hatched completely should I make a small hole for it to breathe and do I let it naturally leave its shell or help it.

I am new to ducks, so any info would be greatly appreciated.
