pipped but not zipping yet!!

i’ve been incubating this turkey egg and saturday was day 27, i had went to sleep at around 12 am saturday morning and woke up at almost around 9 am i noticed the egg had pipped sometime in the night. it has not made anymore progress but i candled it and saw movement.. i have no idea if i should help or wait longer to intervene. i know for sure it’s been pipped for 16h as it is now 12:22 am sunday

They can take 24 hours from external pip to unzipping, and sometimes up to 48 hours. This stage is really important because the poult is absorbing the remains of the yolk and you do not want to have them hatch until that stage is complete.
